Sooooo cold ....

Throw out an alarming alarm clock. If the ring is loud and strident, you're waking up to instant stress. You shouldn't be bullied out of bed, just reminded that it's time to start your day.

You can't turn back the clock, but you can wind it up again.

I am still recovering from a chill that seems to have temporarily lowered my core body temperature. 22 degrees on saturday ... Sunday I get up at 6:00 to get ready for the run and my draw drops as I look out the window to a miserable rainy and WINDY day. By the time we started the race at 8 it was SNOWING and WINDY! I did it though and it felt great ... excited for the sprint-tri now. And beautiful again today ... ughhhh. I am thinking the half-marathon next year!?!?!

Still waiting on the start day for radiation. I am at TB today for the old art session ... should know more after that visit.

Congrats on your run Heather! I was thinking of you. You're pretty amazing, despite what you think.

I am doing my best to find the good things in my life and cherish them. I love deeply. I laugh hard (so hard I sometimes snort). I still dream and believe that dreams are meant to be followed. I try to depend on God. I have so much to learn. I hope.
