My Chi starteth-to-a floweth and the energy begins to returneth


Well my friends today is a big day. It is my last day of steroids, I started physio and had acupuncture focused on bringing back my energy ... and it really did ... Kirst said that the life is back in my eyes. I felt ... I really felt my body ...
and I smelt chlorine and it smelt sooooooooooo gooooooood and I am eager to get in the pool.

It also realize that I have a lot of work ahead of me to get back ... I still have power loss in my left leg but it seems to getting stronger and we are going to work her hard.

I feel good. I feel strong. I feel happy. I feel scared. I feel so blessed.

I had been thinking about how I had not seen a dragon fly in forever ... and there on my beautiful flowering balcony one appeared. There is something so old about them that I love ... so mystical and fairyish ... fabulous

My geese have been in hiding ... which means they are making love and making me little baby loves ... I can't wait for them to come waddling into my world

Last night I had the Spanish framing crew over for a Canada day steak BBQ ... It was fabulous ... some other friends and condo dwellers came over ... There was laughter galor and Spanish music and my home was so full you could feel the walls melting from the beauty that comes from making new friends and loving new people. Then we went salsa dancing ... It was so wonderful ... The whole night was just what I needed. And I got to dance with my little framer-crush ... What a cuttie-pie ... He even got a little kiss on the check.

Oh yeah ... So I am at walmart for ribbon and I find the one I want and there is just enough left on the wheel ... Absent mindedley I take the ribbon off and throw out the wheel ... And then give it to the lady. Well she was ticked at me and gave me "the face". I apologized and felt sheepish ... But did not expect what happened next. She put a freaking ink tag on the 2.00 ribbon. I could not help but laugh ...
Apparently I look like a ribbon shop-lifter. I found out at the till though that they are actually having a real problem with people stealing ribbon! Weird eh!
