I finally got my new best friend. A beautiful little RED laptop came into my life packaged in white. I had to laugh at myself as I realized that I was just as thrilled that the interior of the shipping box was all white as I was about the computer. There was just something so elegant about it ... perhaps you had to see it.
So I hope that this little ruby will be a good and loyal friend. I have all the warranties and insurance that were available to me and predict many happy years together.
How weird is it that I feel that I need to bond with this laptop. I still miss my old one ... it had a lot of meaning and survived a lot of drops and tears. It was very loyal ... it can not help that it died, we all die.
So I am slowly falling out of my work routine as I am back in class for a week. I had great plans to keep the say sleep cycle ... but alas.
I miss home tonight.
There was a crazy storm tonight and I am keeping my fingers crossed for another snowday tomorrow.

- I am doing my best to find the good things in my life and cherish them. I love deeply. I laugh hard (so hard I sometimes snort). I still dream and believe that dreams are meant to be followed. I try to depend on God. I have so much to learn. I hope.

WELCOME! Little Red computer. I thought I had lost touch with my Sweet Pea....Yeah! she is back. Happy February. Each day that goes by means you are closer to coming home. Glad you are up and typing again. I was craving a good read.
